Alexa Lane is a speaker, author, and holistic health educator. For over 30 years, she has taught thousands of classes and has led multiple workshops and certification programs. She is the author of the best-selling book “Yoga Practice Essentials” and two audiobooks, “Illumine” and “Yoga Breakthrough.” Her work intertwines spirituality and modern science.
Prior to working in the holistic health industry, she was a professional dancer, singer, and actress. She performed nationally and internationally in musical theatre, touring companies, opera, film, and television productions. Throughout her career in the performing arts, her passionate belief in the power and benefits of leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle contributed to optimal performance and overall well-being.
